DETOXIFY BY SWEATING

We do not diagnose disease or recommend a dietary supplement for the treatment of disease. You should share this information with your physician who can determine what nutrition, disease and injury treatment regimen is best for you.  You can search this site or the web for topics of interest that I may have written (use Dr Simone and topic).

Lawrenceville, NJ (Dr. Simone) – You can detoxify your body by sweating.  Sweating can remove many toxic metals and chemicals from your body.  In fact more arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury were found in sweat compared to blood or urine samples taken from people with high exposure.  So using blood or urine tests may simply not be an accurate way to determine the total body burden of toxic compounds.

Harmful phthalate compounds that are found in plastics can leach into foods and liquids from plastic containers.  Phthalate compounds can cause hormone dysfunction, as well as allergy and asthma in children. Some of these compounds and their metabolites are readily excreted in the sweat and others are not. People with a high level of toxic metals and chemicals have a difficult time sweating.  But proper diet, lifestyle and nutritional hydration, and moderate exercise that produces sweating will help to detoxify your body.
